Frequently Asked Questions
Do you license your Baybayin designs?
Yes. I collaborate with brands who want to carry Baybayin onto clothing, packaging, and products. Reach out via Contacts Us with your idea, and we’ll create something together.
What is Guardian of Memory Movement and how to be part of it?
Guardian of Memory is a movement and an oath. It is about more than owning art. It is about becoming a steward of memory, heritage, and story. Each Guardian carries a symbolic badge, marking their role in keeping these stories alive and passing them forward.

“To be a Guardian of Memory is to hold a vessel of remembrance in your hands.” — Den Argao
For more information and how to be part of it, check out the Guardian of Memory Movement page.

How does monthly mail subscription works?
What is the Monthly Mail Club?
The Monthly Mail Club is a curated monthly experience. Each envelope is like a care package with a hand-signed art print, a personal letter, inspirational notes, and sometimes hidden surprises. It is a tangible connection in a digital world, designed to bring encouragement, meaning, and belonging.
Shipping Method
To keep the Mail Club affordable, shipments are sent with stamps and do not include tracking.
Shipping Schedule
Orders ship toward the end of each month, typically between the 22nd and 26th. The official ship date will be posted on the Monthly Mail Club page each month.
Delivery Time
Please allow up to 7 business days after the fulfilment email for deliveries within Germany, and up to 21 business days for international orders. You will receive an email once your Mail is on its way.
Sign-up Cut-off
The sign-up period ends on the 20th of each month.
- If you sign up on or before the 20th, you will receive that month’s Mail as your first.
- If you sign up after the 20th, your first Mail will ship the following month.
Example: Sign up on January 19 and you will receive the January Mail. Sign up on January 21 and your first Mail will ship at the end of February.
Can I gift the Monthly Mail Club to someone else?
Yes. The Monthly Mail Club makes a meaningful gift, a way to offer someone encouragement, connection, and art in their mailbox.
If I win the Monthly Draw, can I still win the Quarterly Draw?
Yes. All subscribers are included in both raffles. Winning the Monthly Draw does not affect your chance in the Quarterly Draw, every subscriber is entered each month and again each quarter.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through the Guardian of Memory Monthly Mail Club page under Manage Subscription button.
Just enter your registered email address, and Stripe will send you a secure link to access your customer portal. From there, you can update your details, change your plan, or cancel your subscription whenever you need.
How do cancellations work?
You can cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Cancelling doesn’t trigger a refund, it simply stops future charges.
If you cancel after a payment has already been made, you will still receive the Mail issue covered by that payment. No additional shipments will be sent after your final paid month unless you re-subscribe.
How do I update my address and email?
If your details change, please use the Contact Form on this site to update your information. Make sure to send updates before the 20th of the month to avoid delays or missed shipments.
“Each Mail is prepared with care, so while shipping may take time, the connection you receive is always worth the wait.” 🙂
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from Berlin, Germany. Smaller works have flat rates, and for larger originals I’ll prepare a custom quote. Everything is carefully packed, and I’ll share photos and tracking once your artwork is on its way.
How do commissions work?
I only take on a limited number of commissions each year, and I choose projects that connect with my style and with Baybayin.
Here’s how it usually goes:
- Reach out: Tap Contact Us and share your idea: the word or phrase in Baybayin, the size, the colors you’re drawn to, and your location.
- Concept: We’ll align on the direction together. You can even send photos of your wall so I can mock up how it might look in your space.
- Agreement: Once we’re aligned, I’ll prepare a simple written agreement outlining what we’ve discussed:
- Artwork size & orientation
- Number of revisions included and allowed
- Timeline & estimated completion date
- Materials & textures to be used
- Deposit amount & payment schedule
- Shipping method
- Deposit: A 50% deposit secures your spot and allows me to begin.
- Progress shots: I’ll send you watermarked updates along the way so you can see the work take shape.
- Final payment & shipping: Once you’re happy with the finished piece and the balance has been settled, your artwork will be carefully ship to you.
What’s the timeline for a commission?
It depends on the size and texture. Small works can be finished in weeks, but larger impasto pieces need time to fully cure before they can travel. I’ll always give you a realistic timeframe before we start.
Do you provide a (COA) Certificate of Authenticity?
Yes! Every Original/Commission and Limited Edition Print comes with a hand-signed COA with a dry seal and issued directly by me, the artist. Each certificate carries a unique code that corresponds only to your piece.
The COA is your proof that the artwork or print you own is genuine. It guarantees authenticity, provenance, and long-term value, protecting your investment and ensuring your piece can always be traced back to me as the original creator. Collectors, galleries, and future owners recognize the COA as a trusted mark of legitimacy.
The COA also certifies you as part of the exclusive Guardian of Memory movement, connecting you to a circle of collectors who carry these works into the future.
While I can’t show the full document for security reasons, here’s a blurred preview so you can see its design. Every COA is signed, coded and dry sealed by me personally before being shipped with your artwork.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, I do. For commissions, I ask for a 50% deposit up front, with the rest due when the piece is finished. For available originals, I’m happy to offer 2–3 monthly payments to make collecting easier. Either way, the artwork ships once the final payment is complete.
What materials do you use? Are they archival?
Yes. Every piece is created with artist-grade acrylics, professional heavy gels, and archival modeling pastes to build the deep, carved textures I’m known for.
All surfaces are properly prepared and sealed with high-quality varnish — UV-protected, age-resistant, and designed to preserve long-lasting color brilliance. This ensures durability, stability, and protection for years to come.
Each artwork is made to archival standards, comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, and arrives gallery-ready and ready to hang immediately.
How do I care for textured acrylic art?
Treat it like a living piece of history. Keep it away from direct sun and high humidity. Dust it gently with a soft brush, or use a blower for the deeper textures. If framed with glass, clean only the outside.
Do you accept returns?
Original artworks are final sale due to their unique nature and the care invested in creating each piece. However, your trust matters to me.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 72 hours with photos so I can assist you with repair, replacement, or a claim through shipping insurance.
Can I see your work in person?
Yes! I’m based in Berlin, Germany and open for studio visits strictly by appointment. I’ll also share pop-ups and exhibitions on my socials and newsletter. Sign up and be part of the Circle.
Collecting art isn’t just about owning a piece, it’s about becoming part of its story, its timelessness and history. Thank you for considering Baybayin art as part of your journey.
